Vacation with Vacation Club isn't that Trends in many people in Indonesia, That's Why this is just so interesting, and it has so much potential in market bot Indonesia and the world. Vacation in a vacation club's way isn't just seeing a place, take a picture of it, but to get intens with it. Like a most of People from europe or American who had travel around the world to Vacation to enjoy a place / resort, and spend 3 -4 weeks of vacation.

Here's the thing. Most of people get confuse with Vacation Club way to vacate. They Think it's Expensive, which is not.  We can enjoy vacation for only $100/night  or less, in QVI Club maybe only US$67,86/night. So Affordable , Why because this accomodation is include of 4 - 6 people, depends of unit. and we go US$85/night for worldwide vacation up to 4 people, so isn't that amazing?

We can Enjoy our Vacation as affordable as we can without sacrificing the room to sleep  and to relax. We can get some luxurious Accomodation with smal amount of money. Budget Travelling is not a cheap travelling with QVI / vacation Club.

We can Have Maximum satisfied. Little experience , last May 2012, we use  One of the QVI Limited Collection Resort in Bandung , West Java , Indonesia. We stay at Gallery Ciumbuleuit Hotel , a 4 star Hotel for 3 nights and 4 day. It's really Interesting, because we aren't just 4 people, but 7 in a Room with size of 60 - 90m square. 2 Bedroom Apartment I think. we stay at Family Suite Room, We can enjoy much of the facility like WIFI and Swimming Pool. For the 7 of us, it's Quite Spacy.

Next Vacation we will enjoy is in Aston Rasuna Hotel Jakarta next October 19 - 22, 2012. I ithink it's gonna be fantastic like we do in Bandung. We will tell you how much it cost there next. So be prepared to know.

Liburan dengan Vacation Club memang belum menjadi Tren di masyarakat kita, itu sebabnya punya pasar potensial yang bisa di garap di Indonesia dan dunia. Vacation Club adalah sebuah Liburan yang memungkinkan anda tidak hanya melihat sebuah tempat , atau resort disuatu negara, tapi juga menikmatinya dengan lebih intens, seperti kebanyakan turis asing yang bisa menyempatkan 3 - 4 minggu untuk berlibur hanya di satu Lokasi. 

Kebanyakan dari kita salah kaprah dengan model liburan vacation club. Kebanyakan orang menganggap berlibur cara vacation Club adalah liburan yang mahal. tapi kenyataannya adalah sebaliknya, Kita akan menikmati Liburan tidak sampai $100/ hari untuk berempat sampai berenam diseluruh dunia. 

Dan, akomodasi yang kita gunakan akan terlihat sebagai akomodasi yang mahal, bukan yang murahan, artinya Budget travelling  tidak harus dengan Budget hotel. Nah Di QVI salah satunya. Pengalaman menggunakan Liburan ala QVi ini sangat- sangat membantu.

Liburan yang maksimal. Bulan Mei lalu kami menggunakan Liburan QVI ini di Gallery Ciumbuleuit Bandung selama 4 hari 3 malam. Sangat menarik, karena kami ber tujuh, menikmati Ruangan Hotel yang mungkin saja itu suite Room untuk ukuran Hotel lain. dengan 2 Bedroom, Liburannya sangat berkesan. Enaknya kita bisa enjoy 4 hari 3 malam diHotel ini dengan berbagai fasilitas pendukung, seperti Kolam Renang dan Wifi Gratis. Untuk kami ber tujuh, Ruangannya masih sangat lega.

Selanjutnya kami akan menggunakan di Aston Rasuna dengan 2 Bedroom juga di Jakarta, tanggal 19 - 22 Oktober 2012 ini. pastinya akan sangat seru mengingat pengalaman pertama kami selama di Bandung, nanti kami akan ceritakan berapa yang kami keluarkan untuk menginap di Bandung dan Jakarta.

We are continuing Our Yesterday Topic, Vacate with Vacation Club is fantastic, but people have to inform about it, so they can enjoy as much as you can with this , without have to spend much money that they can save it, or use it in another expenses.

Like Yesterday Topic, we see the Benefit of a vacation Club membership, now we will discuss little by little. This is base on my experience and opinion :

1. Buying a Vacation Club membership is like buying a holiday in wholesale, which mean we are not  just buying accomodation for 1 time vacation, but we buy it for many time. What is advantages? Off course it'll be cheaper than we buy it once a year vacation, Buying in a wholesale, mean you get distributor price. In My case i buy QVI Club Membership for 30 years, once a year i can use it , but, if i want to use it more than once a year , it can be. I can use this to go to Bangkok, or Phuket or Koh Samui, we have good resort there, PRANA, or enjoy Bali or Jakarta for shopping.

2. Buying a Vacation Membership, is a saving through inflation for 30 years ahead, we can save more than 50% accomodation  whit this membership instead of we buy  vacation once every year to 30 years ahead.

3. We get more than 2000 Choice of a resort, in more than 120 countries, such as flexibility to Us.

4. We also can Use this week of vacation by split the week, 3 night and 4 night. why not 2night? this is not business trip this is vacation

5.We can use our week in Vacation club for  a gift to family, friends, colleague, business partners.

6. We can sale it to others with small arrangement of flight and detail. I do that too. Iuse my vacation week i split up. and then i booked, and i'm search for low cost flight that i joint with the accomodation, I have 30-40% lower than Travel agents Did.

7. Lanjutin yang kemarin, berlibur dengan Vacation Club itu memang seru, tapi perlu dimasyarakatkan, karena banyak yang gak tau jadinya mereka mengeluarkan uang yang lebih banyak untuk akomodasi yang sebenarnya dapat dihemat, atau di alokasikan ke hal lain.

Seperti pembahasan kemarin mengenai keuntungan Vacation Club, hari ini kita masih akan bahas sedikit demi sedikit. berikut versi saya :

1. Membeli Liburan secara grosir, artinya kita membeli paket liburan/akomodasi liburan dengan jumlah yang banyak. Kalau punya saya QVI Club, saya membeli liburan selama 30 tahun kedepan  yang masing2 1 minggu setiap tahunnya saya dapat gunakan baik di Indonesia, seperti Jakarta, Bandung dan Bali, atau ke KL, Bangkok, Shuket, Koh Samui. 

2. Membeli Liburan 30 tahun mendatang, artinya kita menghemat biaya inflasi selama 30 tahun akomodasi. Walaupun kita memang tetap membayarkan Usage fee (dijelaskan nanti) atau Exchange Fee(dijelaskan nanti) tapi nilai penghematannya bisa jadi diatas 50%.

3. Pilihan tempat di lebih dari 2000 Lokasi seluruh dunia, yang pasti tidak bisa kita gunakan semua,  paling tidak kita bisa gunakan yang dekat dulu, lalu mulai ke Asia, lalu Amerika (dekat Disneyland visi saya).

4. Kita tidak harus menggunakan full selama 1 minggu, bisa kita bagi 2, 3 malam dan 4 malam, kebanyakan kita agak rancu antara liburan dan sight seeing. Liburan itu relaksasi. 

5. Kita bisa kasih sebagai Hadiah untuk keluarga, teman, rekanan bisnis

6. Bisa menjadi lahan usaha baru, contohnya yang saya lakukan saya book 1 resort selama 3 malam,lalu saya cek Air Asia untuk tanggal tersebut, lalu saya gabungkan, dan saya jual ke Customer Umum, Lumayan karena model Free and Easynya  bisa 30-40% lower than penawaran travel.

We continue our discuss about Vacation Club, What is Vacation Club itself? Lots of people don't know it. Vacation Club is a membership facility issued by a  resort or Vacation Club company. They have their own resort in some place in some country.

Vacation Club maybe not familiar to Indonesian or many people in other countries. Basically  a Lot of Company offered this Products to people.Like Hilton Hotel, Marriot vacation club, Starwood, Accor group, etc. But seems not familiar at all, why? Because these Vacation Club or Hotel Choose their own customer to proposed this kind of products. They don't advertise like Coca cola in a Billboard or TV. They offered the products to High society people. Thats Why seems not heard. But If you realize that Indonesia's market is big enough, around 60 millions people middle to high class people.

Any other factor that vacation Club not familiar is because of what are they selling is not proper to Indonesian or other countries culture. people cannot be forced to buy something that they didn't know or recognize, even they have so many advantages. people feel awkward, and feel anxious.because many time they use forcing method. Nowadays, this kind of selling is not accepted to people. People like to see and search for what they need, we give them the information, that is why we call it educate. Give a People a chance to recognize them self and even to explore themself, and they will figure out so many advantage and they will buy it without forcing. Even its price equal to a new car, they will see the benefit and buy it. So we educate people to see the benefit, and we set our brand awareness.

Back to the business, vacation Club is a truly unique products.Vacation Club is how people buy some vacation in a wholesale not retail. So you will know the first advantages is Cheaper than the retail products. We can Buy a vacation from 5 - 30 years. 

Cheap is not mean tuppenny,   Vacation Club offers something low cost but high profit. for example, they offer 4 to 5 star Hotel or condominium or apatment, and they offer not only Hotel room but 1 bed - 2 bed or 3 bedroom, such a large size accomodation. Another advantage is the Network to Exchange. It is mean not only we can use our membership card in our resort, but we can go all over the world, for example my club member is QVI Club , has network Exchange up to 2000 resort , great...

If we see only the price when we first buy the club maybe its worth of  a secondhand car, maybe. but look at the other perception, we can have 30 years of vacation without inflation, its a greater Point. If we have 30 years vacation we can calculate of how many saving if we are going to vacation in maybe 10 years from now for accomodation. so retail Price for accomodation 10 years from now might be as equal as we expense today.

Apa Sih Vacation Club itu

Kita Lanjutkan lagi diskusi mengenai Vacation Club . Apa sebenarnya Vacation Club itu sendiri? Banyak orang yang tiak mengetahuinya. Vacation Club adalah fasilitas keanggotaan dari sebuah Club Liburan yang dikeluarkan oleh sebuah Resort. perusahaan yang mempunyai Resort di suatu tempat disuatu negara.

Vacation Club kenapa kurang dikenal di Indonesia / diluar negeri ? Pada dasarnya banyak yang menawarkan keanggotaan Liburan, seperti Hotel Hilton, Marriot, grup Starwood seperti Sheraton dll. juga Accor Group seperti Novotel, Mercure, dan club2 yang lain.  Mengapa kurang kedengaran ya? karena fasilitas fasilitas ini diberikan khusus atau dijual khusus kepada kalangan terbatas, The Have ceritanya. Padahal, potensi sebuah vacation Club Liburan ini justru ada dikalangan menengah sampai atas, yang kurang lebih di Indonesia ada 60 Juta orang.

Faktor Lain yang menyebabkan kurang dikenalnya Vacation Club adalah cara penjualannya yang kurang berkenan bagi sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia, Ya kultur disini tidak bisa untuk diburu2 atau dipaksakan. Yang bisa dilakukan di Indonesia ataupun negara2 lain di dunia, seharusnya menganut sitem penghargaan, dan memperlakukan orang dengan baik. bukan hanya jualan. Nah ini berlaku untuk semua produk, bisa Produk Jasa ataupun Produk lain. Masyarakat lebih senang di Educate, di beri kesempatan untuk partisipasi dan diberikan info, dan diberikan Brand awareness sedikit demi sedikit. nantinya Masyarakat Indonesia ataupun Luar negeri    merasa mendapatkan sesuatu yang baru , dan dia akan suka akhirnya membeli. Praktek Marketing gaya lama sudah tidak berlaku.

Kembali ke Vacation Club, Produk yang ditawarkan Vacation Club ini sebenanya sangatlah unik. Bagaimana seseorang membeli satu akomodasi liburan dalam jumlah yang besar / grosir. Apa keuntungannya? Seperti konsep Grosir intinya kita mendapatkan harga yang lebih murah tidak hanya sekali liburan, tapi bisa berkali kali bahkan sampai 30 tahun. 

Nah tapi Murah tidak berarti murahan. Karena Akomodasi yang ditawarkan seperti Hotel Bintang 4 dan 5 dengan konfigurasi  suite / 1 bedroom / 2 bedroom. Nah keuntungan lain dari program Vacation Club ini adalah biasanya antar perusahaan Vacation Club ada jaringan pertukaran Liburan. Artinya seseorang tidak hanya bisa menikmati fasilitas di Hotel yang dia beli keanggotaannya, tapi bisa menikmati berbagai tempat di berbagai negara. contohnya Club membership yang saya gunakan adalah QVI Club. Aksesnya bisa ke 2000 Hotel dan Resort di seluruh dunia. Mantapkan?

Memang harga Pembelian sebuah Vacation Club terlihat cukup mahal jika kita hitung saat ini. Tapi bisa juga berarti lebih murah untuk akomodasi puluhan tahun. misal yang kita beli selama 30 tahun, nah inflasi selama 30 tahun itu hilang karena kita beli sekarang. Sebenarnya mirip seperti kita beli rumah atau apartemen. Harga 10 tahun lagi pastinya akan sangat mahal jika kita beli saat ini walaupun kita cicil selama 10 tahun.
